PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER
Heather graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with her family nurse practitioner (FNP). She is currently providing family medicine and primary care services at our clinic. Heather is available to see patients for acute sick visits and chronic care management, including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, addiction, etc.
Georgette Greene, APRN, FNP-C, CARN-AP, PMHNP-BC

Georgette graduated from Walden University with her family nurse practitioner (FNP) and Eastern Kentucky University with psychiatric mental health certification (PMHNP). She is currently providing both family medicine and mental health services at our clinic.

At Raven Rock, we treat even the smallest members of the family! From infants, adults, and the geriatric population. We are here for examination, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing wellness for all age groups.
Not feeling well or need an annual exam? We do it all! We also perform school physicals, sports physicals, and CDL physicals. Whether you're sick or only need some routine maintenance, we're here for you!
Mental Health
We provide specialized mental health treatment at Raven Rock. With a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) available, we can meet all your mental health needs, including substance abuse treatment.
Telehealth Services
Sometimes there are obstacles to coming into a medical office, but help is still available. Our providers can meet you over a HIPAA-compliant connection. Same-day appointments are available!
